So this is our first blog ever! After a few months of hell and a lot of wondering what we we're going to do next Ryan and I decided we needed more from life. So we are taking a break and an adventure. We're giving up our apartment and driving and camping our way across the country. We've got no time limit and nothing booked so this blog is generally to let our families (and friends) know where we are and what we're up to. We'll both be updating periodically and maybe posting a picture or two. We leave in exactly 11 days.. so much to do!
The plan as of now is to drive across the northern route in August, drive down the coast through Washington, Oregon and California and then drive back across the south in September when hopefully it will be a little cooler. If you have any tips, ideas or must sees - or may happen to be somewhere along the route let us know - we'd love suggestions!!
